I am sick and tired of living in a country whose constitution states that "all men are created equal" and doesn't back it up by it's actions.  One must ask themselves, "What is ALL and what is EQUAL in the eyes of the government?" I know I sure do. Where does the government have the right to step in and say, "Oh, I'm sorry..you're gay? Well, you can't get married..sorry." What the hell does it matter? So, instead it makes it easier for the small minded people in the red states to justify thier (evil) actions to  homosexuals. (For example, Brandon Teena, Billy Jack Gaither, Fred C. Martinez, Jr. ~who was ONLY 16 years old at the time of his attack~ and the most known case of beating/torture, Matthew Sheperd.) One story that haunts me even today is about a 13 year old boy, Jesse Dirkhising, who was befriended by two men, pretending to be his friends. They invited him over one day and commited acts against him that I can't even bare to comprehend. They drugged him, tied him to a bed and raped him with whatever objects they could find..this continued for HOURS. They left him on the bed to suffocate to death.

 I have one thing to ask you..Why the hell aren't you outraged? If this were your child(ren) wouldn't you want someone to stand up in front of America and say "My child deserves justice and I'm not gonna stop until you hypocrites do something about it!" Whether anyone agrees with a homosexual lifestyle or not, ALL life is precious and deserves to be protected and to have the same rights as everyone else. No one is asking for "special" priviliges, only for EQUAL RIGHTS FOR ALL AMERICANS.
